x.trax is committed to ensuring that its showcases are open and accessible to all. If you would like to discuss specific access needs prior to the showcase or would like to view x.trax’ access policy please contact the x.trax office.

REGISTRATION FEE:

Registration Fee (before Monday April 28th): £10 inclusive of VAT
Registration Fee (from Tuesday April 29th): £15 inclusive of VAT

Please ensure that you register by Friday May 30th. We will be unable to guarantee x.trax’ full registration service after this time.

HOW TO PAY:

xtrax will send you an invoice when we receive your completed registration form.

Cheques (drawn on UK accounts only) and international money orders should be made payable to XTRAX ARTS LTD. Details of how to pay by electronic bank transfer will be sent with your invoice.

DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT:

The information you supply will be held by Xtrax on our database to enable us to send you more information about the showcase and our work.

Your contact details will ONLY be visible to:

• Artists and delegates attending the showcase
• Registered users of the Virtual Showcase of Artists and Promoters
